Shipping is included for all orders to the United Kingdom.
Warehouses, manufacturing, and customs fees
We work with international warehouses across multiple regions. Our products are manufactured in Asia and shipped from the fulfillment center that can deliver to you most efficiently.
Customs / import fees: We do not charge additional customs fees to customers for shipments to the countries listed above.

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us at contact@quartderond.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

Address errors
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

Packages Damaged in Transit:
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery (when possible) and contacting us immediately.
